Ingram Psychological Assessments

I Am accepting new therapy clients at this time. Please see my Psychology Today page for additional information for other information.

I AM ACCEPTING psp13 and L3 security evaluations, as well as military screenings. Email me if you are seeking these services.

I have been providing psychological services for over a decade and have practiced in Lubbock since 2018. I work with adults and couples who are dealing with anxiety, depression, work stress, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions, as well as those seeking deeper personal and professional growth. In West Texas, where affirming and progressive mental health care can be hard to find, I intentionally offer an inclusive, values-affirming space for LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse individuals. My work centers on gender, masculinity, and identity—specifically how cultural expectations shape emotional expression, relationships, and self-concept. Many clients come to therapy feeling constrained, disconnected, or uncertain about who they are allowed to be. Therapy becomes a space to examine those pressures directly, increase psychological flexibility, and develop more authentic and sustainable ways of living and relating.
I also work with couples, with a focus on communication, trust, emotional safety, and long-term relationship health.

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as CBT and ACT with depth-oriented and trauma-informed work. This allows us to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship distress, and adjustment to stress or life transitions in a way that is both structured and emotionally meaningful.
Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in respect. Whether you are seeking relief from distress or intentional personal growth, my goal is to help you build a life and relationships that feel aligned, connected, and genuinely your own.
